









Moses M. Katusime is the General Counsel and Company Secretary, with over 15 years’ experience in both public sector and private sector in legal matters, he has been involved in various legal opinion drafting matters contract drafting and negotiation, taking part in solving conflicts, representing company in Administration matters, courts of law and arbitration. With the extensive senior corporate legal advisory services experience, Moses has earned required skills in managing legal complex problems and corporate governance exposure for Board of Directors’ affairs.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law (LLB) and a LLM (Master’s) in Law. Moses has participated in various certification programs on corporate governance, construction management and legal advisory across the world. He is undergoing an International Arbitration training with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.


Alice Ntamitondero, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UDL. She has an oversight responsibility over all operations at UDL, a leading Real Estate Company in Rwanda.
Prior to this, she worked as Secretary General at the Auditor General’s Office and as the Corporate Services Division Manager at Rwanda Natural Resources Authority among others. Alice is also a board member for various private companies in Rwanda.
Alice has about 16 years of vast experience in different Public Financial Management (PFM) positions and consultancies. Her passion is to change Rwanda’s real estate landscape by contributing to both high end and affordable housing facilities in Rwanda.
Alice is a professional accountant and a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (iCPAR). She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University- Edinburgh Business School (Majoring in Strategic Planning), a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Majoring in Marketing from the University of Rwanda (former KIST)-Rwanda.
