Biography
Mrs. Alice Ntamitondero , the Current CEO of UDL has an oversight responsibility over all operations at UDL , a leading Real Estate Company in Rwanda, and also a board member for various public and private companies in Rwanda.
Prior to this, she worked as Secretary General of the Auditor General’s Office and Corporate Services Division Manager of Rwanda Natural Resources Authority among others.
Alice is a professional accountant fellow member of a UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (iCPAR). She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University- Edinburgh Business School (Majoring Strategic Planning), a Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration Majoring in Marketing from the the University of Rwanda (former KIST)-Rwanda.
Alice has about 14 years of vas experience in different public financial management (PFM) positions and consultancy.
Her passion is to change Rwanda’s real estate landscape by contributing to both high end and affordable housing facilities in Rwanda.
