He has an oversight responsibility on the construction sites to ensure equipment efficiency, schedule maintenance, manage equipment installations, ensure total safety for the teams and generally to ensure that the systems and processes are working well and in accordance with the company policies, government regulations and safety standard laws. Prior to this, he worked as Mechanical Engineer at Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) in various construction projects and Estate Manager & Tea Machinery at National Agriculture Export Development Board (NAEB). Amedee has about 12 years of experience in construction industry as well as in industrial engineering implementation projects and consultancy. His passion is to contribute in the promotion of green, smart and wellness technologies in the construction industry specifically in commercial buildings and real estate development in Rwanda. Amedee is a certified Electromechanical Engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER).  | Divine Musema MUKABUGINGO is the UDL Internal Auditor with extensive skills in evaluating internal controls, reporting, developing and maintaining audit planning processes, financial statements preparation, analysis as well as its respective review. She annually carries out the audit of UDL’s operations and systems to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, review the effectiveness of the risk management processes, and adequacy of the internal controls to enhance the safeguarding of the company’s assets. Before joining UDL in January 2022, Divine served as an Auditor and later became a Principal Auditor (Team Leader) in the Office of Auditor General (OAG_SAI Rwanda) for more than 5 years, where she audited various Public Enterprises, Ministries, government, and donors’ projects, and Districts. During her tenure at OAG, she supervised various audits and successfully contributed to executing the constitutional mandate of auditing the state finances and property. He thereafter joined RDB in 2013 where he served as the Head of Internal Audit Division up to March 2021.  | Alice Ntamitondero, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UDL. She has an oversight responsibility over all operations at UDL, a leading Real Estate Company in Rwanda. Prior to this, she worked as Secretary General at the Auditor General’s Office and as the Corporate Services Division Manager at Rwanda Natural Resources Authority among others. Alice is also a board member for various private companies in Rwanda. Alice has about 16 years of vast experience in different Public Financial Management (PFM) positions and consultancies.
